Judy Wolf
Judy Wolf’s career has centered on Jewish philanthropy. Over the years she has worked for a variety of organizations including the Women’s Plea for Soviet Jewry, the women’s division of the American Jewish Congress, the Jewish Relations Council, and the International Relations Committee. Her initial involvement in the movement for Soviet Jewry centered on public relations and efforts to lobby government officials in Washington D.C. and Boston. As chair of the Cultural Commission of the International Relations Committee in Boston, she also took part in the Kehillah project in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. The project provides economic and social aid to Boston’s “sister city.” Wolf and her daughter have been particularly involved in efforts to help children with disabilities in the city.
