Great interview! I have only recently been 'smitten'! but found a great quinoa salad ala feta, lime and mint just before Thanksgiving. And one of the recipes I perused guided me to making a pizza from my home made challah, cubed, then soaked in marinara sauce. Topping with portabella/onion w/beer reduction, quatro cheese...slow bake in an oiled pan. Thank you, Smitten Kitchen, via Etta King!
