I know for a fact that being a member of a Jewish sorority has enriched my daughter's life both on and off campus. We are not rich but I consider paying for her sorority expenses as part of paying for her education. This is especially true since she is attending a very WASPy school (TX A&M) and the sorority allows her to meet other Jewish students who, in all likelihood, she would never meet in such a big school. Unless an equivalent substitute comes along, I think that Jewish sororities are a good thing.
