Patti Dolman9 years ago I can't believe I made kreplach, about 40 of them using a 2.5 inch cookie cutter and only one recipe; they expand while cooking. I had some left-over roast so I chopped it up and added it to one onion that was sautÌÄå©ing. I pulverized the mixture with an immersion tool and it was very easy to work with. To purchase kreplach ready-made are $$$. I will freeze them in batches and serve them in chicken soup for Rosh Hoshana and again erev Yom Kippur.
