Muriel Rukeyser was born out of ashes of suppression, oppression, pent up torture of the contemporary world in the forties and fifties.
Her zeal for life avantgarded her visionary steps in uplifting the brave souls in poetry. Her rich stock of experience had helped her composition in a newer height. That inspires even today the cluster of women writers in particular and poets in general.
