My daughters loved Bratz because they were younger than Barbie & the message was different! Barbie taught little girls that they could grow up to be anything that they wanted to be. Bratz taught to actually do the steps to get little girls to the Barbie stage. When my daughters have daughters it will be even more different than my grandmother's Era. 1940's little girls wanted equality. 1960's they fought for it. 1990's Women are everything in a man's world. 2010 little girls create their own way. From Barbie to Bratz. Let the children be children.
