2. Moses sees himself as a person who understands that someone has to intervene in the lives of the oppressed. He sees himself as a deliverer, and the people had mixed opinions about his action. In each situation Moses delivered a person or people from their oppressors.

3. Moses always had power over situations that he encountered. His power came from within. He was used to protecting his flock of sheep. Moses was just like any of us. God gave him his power of knowing how to protect. Moses acted in a way that attest to him knowing what to do, even though killing the Egyptian was premature.
