I think of Selma Waldman and Leah Mason/Musaioff(?) often as the three of us were the original co-founders of the Seattle Woman in Black Demonstration that happened monthly in the late 80s-90s in front of the Federal Building in Seattle, WA. I still have the banner Leah made and think of that time often due to happenings in the world. I still have and treasure the drawing that I own that Selma did of a woman breaking the bonds of her chains. It was signed in 84.
