The Legacy of Ma’yan
A program of JCC Manhattan that operated from 1993 until 2017, Ma’yan created innovative Jewish feminist ritual (including popularizing a feminist women’s seder), groundbreaking research, and programming that addressed gender-related issues from women’s philanthropy to social justice education for Jewish teen girls.
