Julie Miller
Julie Miller, an assistant professor (visiting, 2005–2006) at Hunter College, The City University of New York, was formerly the archivist of the Ratner Center for the Study of Conservative Judaism at the Jewish Theological Seminary. Her articles on foundlings in nineteenth-century New York City and on the pasteurized milk movement in nineteenth-century New York have appeared in New York History, Seaport and Prospects: An Annual of American Cultural Studies. Her essays on the history of The Jewish Museum appeared in Conservative Judaism and Tradition Renewed: A History of the Jewish Theological Seminry, ed. Jack Wertheimer (1997).
