Marla Brettschneider

Dr. Marla Brettschneider is Professor of Political Theory with a joint appointment in Women’s Studies and Political Science at the University of New Hampshire. She is an award-winning author working in the field of Jewish diversity political theory, bringing together queer, critical race, feminist, class-based, Jewish, and anti-colonial political theories. Her books include Jewish Feminism and Intersectionality; The Family Flamboyant: Race Politics, Queer Families, Jewish Lives; The Narrow Bridge: Jewish Views on Multiculturalism; and The Jewish Phenomenon in Sub-Saharan Africa.
