Betty Barrer

Betty Barrer is a freelance writer and editor. She specializes in writing articles on technical subjects for lay audiences and nonprofit groups, such as the Bulletin of Temple Israel in Boston. A graduate of Kirkland (now Hamilton) College, Barrer was a managing editor of the journal Law, Medicine & Health Care for many years.
