Lois Barr

Lois Barr is Associate Professor of Spanish and chairperson of the Latin American Studies Program at Lake Forest College, Chicago. She directed the research for and was co-executive producer of the documentary Isa Kremer: The People’s Diva, and wrote Isaac Unbound: Patriarchal Traditions in the Latin American Jewish Novel (1995), as well as many articles and reviews on Latin American Jewish fiction.
