Update your address books, JWA is moving!
Even though we like to say that JWA "lives on the web," we seem to have amassed quite an impressive amount of physical stuff, and as a result, things are pretty chaotic over here. So, unfortunately, blogging will be light here for the next week.
Really, this is a great opportunity to catch up on your reading on jwa.org. For example, have you read Michael Wex's We Remember tribute to Adrienne Cooper? What about our Tu B'shvat feature on Jewish women in environmental activism?
And be sure to check out the collection of amazing stories in This Week in History. For example, 14 years ago today Muriel Siebert, the first woman to own a seat on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), rang the closing bell of the NYSE to commemorate her 30 years as a member.
We are so grateful for your patience as we set up in our new digs!
Good luck with the move! (I still use an address book and will be sure to note the change...)
